Construct three office spaces on mezzanine floor (see drawings) from pre-fabricated steel columns, beams, floor joists, stairways, railing, solid floor, acoustical drop ceiling ready for use. ***Solid core wood door with hardwood veneer facing for 3'-0 W x 6'-8 H, flush type, in aluminum frame, automatic door closer, door stopper, lever type KABA simplex lock. ***Interior painting to match existing EODMU-5 color scheme. ***Provide electrical outlets for each work station and on every office space wall. ***Provide data and communication conduit for all offices. ***Provide power outlet in compressor room for 3ph, 230v, 60hz. ***Provide cold water supply to O2 room terminated on marina side wall with valve and epoxy floor covering. ***Provide one water fountain/bottle filler on first floor. ***Provide the following A/C and ventilation in each mezzanine office space. DX split type A/C system, 18,000 BTUH, energy-saving type, complete with galvanized steel wall mounted supports, painted to match building trim color scheme. ***Provide drop ceiling LED lighting for each office space. ***Provide LED lighting under mezzanine floor with metal grille. - Provide metal roof over charging/drying area from GA 22 corrugated roofing panel in galvanized steel support and framing system, all joint welded. Anchor roof panel to framing with SSTL metal screws with neoprene washers every other corrugation. - Provide 6'0 H chain link fence with two 6'-0 wide swing gates, galvanized .
