The United States Secret Service (USSS) and other Government Agencies have a requirement for home relocation services. The contractor shall provide the following services: Broker value offer, Guaranteed home sale, assigned sale, amended value, amend from zero, closing only, home marketing assistance, pre transfer counseling and broker market analysis. Services are requested within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ("CONUS"). Annually, the USSS expects to relocate approximately (250) employees that utilize home sale services.
