This is in addition to TF1# 39880 submitted on 5/8/2020 for Building 581: A) Address roofing and draining system to ensure building water tightness: to include replacement of roof covering, coping, flashing, insulation, roof geometry to prevent ponding, scupper and downspout location to prevent water intrusion on upper and lower roofs. B) Address envelope issues for air and moisture barrier intrusion and corresponding pressure and envelope tests: to include doors, windows, and material transitions, e.g. north and east pedestrian doors do not fully seal, north and east windows historically leak, EFIS band (between brick and tilt up panel) around building is compromised, and water stains are visible on inside of exterior wall and ceiling tiles on decks one and two. Option: Remove brick efflorescence and apply hydrophobic sealer. See block 25 for additional items.
