Region 8 Audio Visual Equipment

FEMA Region 8 is located at 1 Denver Federal Center, Building 53, Denver CO 80225. This building is an existing structure that is having renovation changes on the 1st and 2nd Floors to better support the FEMA Region 8 mission. There is a total of 44 rooms which include, SES offices, meeting rooms and/or training classrooms that are included in this project. The scope of this project includes the design, engineering, purchase of AV equipment, labor costs for removal of existing hardware and installation incorporating travel and any other costs associated with labor programming, and the maintenance services for the equipment, with manufacturer s warranty support and 8x5 Vendor support. The goal is the use proven AV/IT digital technology and FEMA AV standards to buildout these meeting and classrooms. An RFI was posted on GSA Ebuy on Thursday, September 5, 2024, and closed on September 12, 2024. The purpose of the RFI was to identify any vendors in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas.
