Description
The existing Built-Up Roof (BUR) has deteriorated causing the roof to leak into the interior of the building and needs to be replaced. After removal of the existing BUR and prior to installing the new BUR inspection of the existing building structure/components is needed to determine if there are any signs of water damage. Additional building structure/components may need to be replaced or repaired after the inspection. The work consists of furnishing all labor supervision equipment transportation and materials for the installation of the new BUR roof system.
