Recruit Bus

This requirement is for a commercial bus contract to transport new recruits from the Philadelphia Airport to Training Center Cape May to begin processing. This occurs every Tuesday night throughout the fiscal year, approximately 42-48 weeks per year, with 3-4 busses per transit. Occasionally, an additional bus in needed the following Wednesday to pick up late arrivals. Additionally, this requirement includes 01 bus per each Direct Entry Petty Officer training (approximately 8 convenings) as well as 1 bus nearly every Friday to transport recruits being discharged from TCCM to the Philadelphia Airport. In total, this represents more than 210 transits per fiscal year. Additionally, this requirement includes transporting recruits from TCCM to a pre-determined location if evacuation is required (for a Hurricane, etc). This would involve approx 20 buses for each trip. This is intended to be a Base + 4 year contract.
