Realty Specialist Support Services to the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM)

Provides realty specialist support services to the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM). The contractor assists OFPSM with real property actions, documentation, data management, and coordination related to leasing, property records, land status, and other realty functions essential to facilities oversight. Support includes reviewing and preparing real property documents, ensuring data accuracy in property systems, tracking realty transactions, communicating with regional and program offices, and helping OFPSM meet regulatory, policy, and reporting requirements. The contractor performs ongoing, day to day realty support that enables OFPSM to manage property assets effectively across Indian Affairs. This requirement is currently performed by CHENHALL SEDONA SERVICES JOINT VENTURE, LLC under Delivery Order 140A1624F0030.
