Real Estate Administrative and Operational Services

Real Estate Management Division (REMD) requires comprehensive administrative support in all areas of REMD to fulfill its mission. The Contractor will provide all labor and supervision necessary to provide the following; Executive Support, Budgetary Planning Support, Meeting Planning and Coordination Support, Communication Planning and Coordination Support, Business Process Improvement and Analysis Support. Follow all Government security regulations, rules, and procedures while on Federal property. Maintain professional quality, technical accuracy, and coordination of all deliverables. The Contractor shall employ a quality control program to ensure errors and deficiencies in all deliverables are minimize. Attend progress meetings with the Government to provide updates on various phases of ongoing projects. The Contractor shall provide project schedules, weekly logs, and/or punch-lists and other pertinent management materials for discussion during these meetings as necessary. These meetings may be held in-person, telephonically or by video-conference as necessary on a bi-weekly basis and at a mutually agreeable time. Submit a monthly report that details all work performed during the preceding month and the current progress of all active projects. The Contractor will work with the COR and/or local point of contact(s) to work through possible conflicts that may come up during projects with stakeholders to determine the best solution.
