Re-compete - Medicare Health Outcomes Survey Analysis (MHOS)

The purpose of this task order is to continue the services of a Contractor to clean, prepare, and disseminate new rounds of Medicare Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) and HOS-Modified (HOS-M) data and reports to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), its Designees, and participating Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs); to provide education and outreach to MAOs in the use of HOS measures and best practices for improving care; to promote research use of the HOS data; and to provide technical assistance to CMS, MAOs, and other data users.
