Quest (Active Directory Tool) Software Maintenance

The purpose of this fixed-price contract is to renew software maintenance for Quest (Active Directory) Software in support of the National Data Center. The tools report changes in the Quest (Active Directory) environment, alert on security vulnerabilities, allow for restoration of any deletion or configuration change without rebooting, and fulfill regulatory compliance by providing long-term encrypted log archival. The contract includes license usage, enhancements, improvements, product documentation and updates. The contractor shall provide 24X7 support to correct errors or malfunctions.
