Quality Control of Digitized Files

01/08/2026: (1) Updated Period of Performance to show Base plus four (4) Option Periods, with a total of five (5) years, from March 27/2026 through March 26/2031. (2) Updated the estimated solicitation release date. ___________________________________ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has a requirement to digitize a large volume of paper forms and supporting documents, while ensuring Quality Control (QC) standards are met and records management is standardized. Files will be scanned to support the USCIS Service Center Operations Directorate (SCOPS), Field Operations Directorate (FOD), FOD Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) and RAIO Digitized files will require QC inspection prior to ingestion into the Content Management Service (CMS)/STACKS. USCIS requires a contractor to provide QC inspection of a representative sample of the scanned images to ensure data integrity.
