PSN-17911337: Demolish Misc Pier Buildings at STA Monterey

Demolish three deteriorated structures on the STA Monterey pier. Two buildings are on the condemned portion is the STA Monterey wooden pier. The structures are built on top of the pier; no modification to the pier will be necessary outside of removing the structures. There are minimal utilities going to the building, ie. electrical. The buildings exterior and interior show significant deterioration and are no longer inhabitable. The third building is supported by pilings on the STA Monterey pier. The interior and exterior of the building have deteriorated. IN 2022, a whale broke one of the structural pilings forcing the building to be condemned. There is no operational need to repair the building's pilings. Demolition of this building is critical for safety and preventing any environmental impact.
