CAT-2 Need Design Award by Q4 FY25 (MAA Requirement_ Provide HVAC and Generator Integration, Bldg. 2150, NB-Bangor Install an additional CRAC unit to increase AC capacity in Computer room. During any power loss CRAC unit will remain energized by existing auxiliary generator (2150-0-000-1620-10-1A AUXILIARY GENERATOR). Similar model of the existing CRAC unit is acceptable (2150-0-123-1580-20-1J Computer Room Cooling Units CRACU-1). Integrate all CRAC units to existing auxiliary generator. Provide third Party balancing and measurements. Inspect and provide necessary tune-up of auxiliary generator. Justification: Besides an MAA requirement of redundancy of cooling for the computer room, the existing single CRAC unit is not sufficient in cooling the entire computer space and must allow for additional capacity in the future.
