In order to maintain continuity of operations and to ensure that FPS meets its mission requirements in conjunction with the unified national effort in preventing and deterring terrorist attack, safeguarding federal employees and federal property as well as citizens at these locations, a one-year base plus three-year follow-on with an optional six-month extension contract is needed for PSO services at the IRS Campus, Austin, Texas.
