Program Management and Data Analytics (PMDA)

OPR is a dynamic and expanding organization that requires rapid turnaround of accurate and defensible written products and deliverables. In order to continue to meet leadership needs, OPR requires management analysts, data analysts and industry consultants/subject matter expertise support to enhance the current capabilities that reside within the office and continue to build out future capabilities and functions under the program umbrellas of criminal and administrative investigations, risk management in a security environment, business transformation, advanced data analytics, and training. OPR requires access to a broad range of support capabilities and skill sets. Advanced skills and technical capabilities shall be provided by the Contractor whose support may fluctuate depending on the nature of the program or project timeline and OPR leadership priorities.
