Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) Information Technology Services and Support

Background Information: PL ALTESS provides Enterprise Class Data Center services from server hosting, SW design and system architecture to lifecycle management, problem solving and Enterprise Service Operations Centers for PL ALTESS hosted customers and associated users. PL ALTESS keeps systems up and running and serving customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. PL ALTESS supports multiple missions throughout the DoD, Army and Federal workspaces. Data centers supported by PL ALTESS are expansive and integrated across multiple geographical locations, consisting of both physical and virtual architectures, supporting hundreds of programs, thousands of virtual servers and millions of users worldwide. Mission Requirement Information: Contractor shall provide support in the following key functional areas: IT Service Operations, IT Service Delivery, Service Operations Center Operations, customer training, full lifecycle IT testing and support, IT Data Center Operations, Network and System Administration, Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Operations, Hardware (HW)/Software (SW) integration and migration, requirements definition and management, Service Level Management (SLM), process design and management, Business Management, Application Services and Modernization, Acquisitions and Procurements, Infrastructure Services (Facilities Operations), Command Group support, and incidental construction to support the PEOs, ACoEs and other agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Government.
