Preparedness Grant Systems Sustainment as a Service (PG SaaS) Decommissioning

PG SaaS Decommissioning will provide the management and technical expertise, and system components, including commercial cloud services and Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software necessary to sustain and deliver the PGSP in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model to GTD s customers. The PG SaaS contractor will be responsible for all development and operations activities necessary to sustain the preparedness grant systems portfolio and ensure it is compliant and secure. The contractor will utilize the FEMA accredited DevSecOps support system (PGSC) capable of supporting the current portfolio and sustainment and delivery of the legacy systems will be conducted in an iterative and collaborative fashion. The solutions will be value informed, budget constrained, and business driven to ensure FEMA derives the maximum value possible. They will support FEMA s goals of secure by design, continuous delivery, deployment on demand, continuous monitoring, health analytics, and rapid fault remediation; and drive continuous improvement in the GTD legacy system portfolio over time.
