PRAD Program Support Services

The intent of the contract is to provide technical and administrative support on routine and time sensitive projects for PRAD. The PRAD Program Support Services (PSS) agreement intends to reduce the burden currently placed on PRAD s permanent staff and expand PRAD s technical capabilities so that employees can devote time to projects that are critical in nature, have been delayed, or have been put on hold due to staffing limitations. The Contractor shall provide support in three primary areas: 1) Test and Assessment Development and Validation; 2) Organizational Development Consulting; and 3) General Consultative and Advisory Services. The Test and Assessment Development and Validation and the Organizational Development Consulting areas detail the need for targeted assistance in handling the routine overflow that occurs in PRAD in order to free staff to take on additional work. The General Consultative and Advisory Services area outlines PRAD s need for additional skilled personnel to assist with unanticipated, novel, or special studies. The Contractor shall provide support through services including, but not limited to the following: test and assessment development; data management and data analysis; job analysis and validation; survey development, implementation, and analysis; personnel research; focus group and subject matter expert panel facilitation including preparation of materials and synthesis of results; targeted management consulting; competency modeling, skill gap analysis, and career pathing; action planning; and general consultative advice and services.
