POLYGRAPH SYSTEMS AND PERIPHERALS

Through the Anti-Border Corruption Act of 2010, Congress mandated that all Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Law Enforcement applicants receive a polygraph examination before being offered employment. Through this mandate, CBP began to administer polygraph examinations for all current and new Law Enforcement Officers in the hiring process to enhance the integrity of the CBP workforce. Polygraph examinations range from investigations of alleged corruption and/or serious misconduct involving CBP employees, evaluating integrity during our hiring and Background Investigations process, and counterintelligence screening examinations. The purpose of this contract is to upgrade CBP current Data Acquisition System, (DAS box), software, and peripherals to administer polygraph examinations and other credibility assessment methodologies for new and current Law Enforcement Officer applicants and for other investigative and counter-intelligence missions. In addition to upgrades, maintenance shall be required to ensure polygraph systems are kept functioning with minimal downtime. This solicitation shall be a sole source Firm-Fixed price and task orders shall be issued for additional new polygraph systems and peripherals. Acquisition Strategy: WOSB
