Plattsburgh Custodial, Trash, Snow, and Pest Control OPS Contract

The Plattsburgh AMO office has a requirement for custodial, trash, snow and pest control Operations Contract (OPS). Here is a list of tasked required: Custodial/Trash: Vacuum/Shampoo Carpets, Sweep/Mopping Floors, Spray Buffing, Strip Wax and Apply New Wax, Clean Walk-Off Mats, Remove Trash, Perform Low Dusting, Clean Glass, Clean Exercise Room Equipment, Clean Drinking Fountains, Perform Spot Cleaning, Sweep and Damp Mop Restroom, Locker Rm., Exercise Rm., Shower Floors, Holding Cells, & Other, De-scale Restrooms, Showers, & Holding Cells, Supply Restrooms, Locker Rooms, Kitchen/Break Areas, & Holding Cells, Apply Floor Finish Restrooms & Locker Room Floors, Perform High Dusting, Clean Window Surfaces, Clean Light Fixtures, Check and Replace Light Bulbs, Wash Venetian Blinds, Dust Venetian Blinds, Clean Air Conditioning Vents, and Clean Kennel Areas. Snow Removal: Shovel designated areas, Plow parking lot, Salt/Sand walkways, and remove ice. Pest Control: Keep rodents and insects out of areas, Spray when needed, and trap and remove as necessary.
