PJ/CRO Urban Training Complex, Kirtland AFB, NM DBB requirement to construct a PJ/CRO (Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officer) urban training complex at a semi-remote location. UTC will consist of 10 building shells to simulate residential structures, offices, retail, municipal and chapel, including simulated battle damage, security wall around parts of the complex, paved and unpaved roads, roadway fixtures and subterranean systems. Site improvements include landing areas for helicopters and CV-22 aircraft, basic electrical and lighting systems, water storage tank and septic system. A separate mission control area will have 5 buildings.
