Description
This requirement is for the acquisition of towers and all necessary services related to the deployment, installation, and site preparation of towers intended to support Air and Marine Operations (AMO) ground-based air surveillance systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the procurement of tower structures, site civil work, foundation construction, power and grounding, environmental protection measures, and all labor and materials required for the successful deployment of the towers. The procurement of surveillance system equipment to be installed on these towers will be conducted under a separate contract Acquisition Strategy: award will yield two separate contracts; one award to a small business and one to a large business. These awards have been approved by DHS as non-commercial. They are FFP contracts.
