Performance Measure Completeness and Reliability Assessments

This requirement supports the Office of Program Analysis and Evaluation by independently reviewing performance measure information to ensure accurate data collection and reporting under the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and GPRA Modernization Act of 2010 (GPRAMA). The contractor will conduct assessments of the completeness and reliability of a subset of DHS performance measures against the criteria established in the DHS Performance Measure Completeness and Reliability Handbook. The deliverable consists of a detailed report for each measure that states findings and recommendations against the stated criteria and determine an overall rating for the measure using the rating scale in the Handbook. In the course of reviewing supporting documentation, the contractor may be in contact with law enforcement sensitive information. Data collection and review will primarily be conducted virtually with DHS and Component Programs.
