PERFORM STRUCTURAL & ROOF REPAIRS, F#305

Project will replace roof panels including 12-each skylights approx. 7,654-sf, rain gutter system, roof purlins, 680-lf, 8-each roof ventilators, 4-each wall louvers, 2,680-sf wall panels, 40-each interior fluorescent lights & 3-each exterior lightings and 2-each motor roll up door assemblies. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1]. Replace roof edge and corner flashings and trims, cee framings of roll-up doors, plexi-glass windows with trims, aluminum and wooden door assemblies and hardware, ceramic wall and floor tiles, vinyl floor tiles and cove base, acoustical ceiling system, install roof anchorage, sandblasting and painting works, 2] Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories for approx. 5,994-sf building, 3] Install new sprinkler system riser assembly including valves, fittings, and all required accessories, 4]. Replace men /women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (1-ea), wall mounted urinal (1-ea), lavatory (1-ea) including all supported accessories, 5] Replace plumbing pipes approximately 35-lf of 1-1/2" inch, 80-lf of 3/4-inch pipe including all accessories, 6] Shut-off valve/ cut/ remove 1-ea backflow preventer 3/4" dia. located exterior side of the building, 7] Replace 2-each 7.5-tons (PACU-1) and 10-tons (PACU-2) including all supported accessories and 8] Provide 1-ea back up mobile Air Conditioning and power supply for the temporary AC Unit.
