PERFORM ROOF REPAIRS, F-826

Repair the corroded roof of Facility 826, PACAF Munitions Barricaded Storage Module. Work includes replacement of the entire metal roof sheets, flashings, secondary steel framing, angle seats/clips, angle flange braces, sag angles, diagonal cross bracings, plates, fasteners, all electrical wirings, exposed conduits, boxes, clamps, fittings, lighting fixtures, photo cell, switches, receptacle outlets, and transformer; spot repair of heavily corroded portions of rigid frames; painting of new works and existing rigid steel frames, base plates, tie beams, column cross bracings, electrical panel; and cleaning of project site and disposal of debris/scraps.
