Description
Project will replace worn and deteriorated building components and utility systems of Boat Shop and Storage Facility, Fac. 4004. Replace corroded metal roof and wall panels, netting and insulations, eave strut, metal flashings, roof ventilators, Cee/Zee purlins, girts, windows, doors, vinyl and ceramic tile coverings, acoustical ceiling tiles, louvers, and drywall partitions. Replace ceiling fan and inline centrifugal fan system, bathroom fixtures, and plumbing lines. Replacement of energy inefficient air conditioning system, fire protection system, power and lighting system. Repaint exterior and interior walls and restore disturbed surfaces.
