Description
Replacement of 90-ton chiller and replacement of DDC control system. The direct replacement unit shall be a scroll type air-cooled, designed for installation outdoors. The unit must be completely assembled, hermetic - compressors packed unit that is factory piped, wired, and leak tested for proper control operations prior to shipment. All inlet and outlet openings must be covered prior to shipment.
