Description
This procurement covers support for engineering products, execution of program control, interoperability compliance, system/subsystem effectiveness, testing, acquisition, logistics, and life cycle engineering operations and sustainment services. Key support requirements include providing functional, operational, and technical system integration (SI) support to develop and sustain PARM information technology (IT) capabilities. PARM IT also provides Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) environment services, application development and test services. All services will be performed in collaboration with the government following the Government as the Integrator best practice.
