P676 Polaris Point Pier ‐ PRI #1 Engineering Studies

Prepare a DD1391 charrette report containing all required Project Readiness Index #1 (PRI#1) FACTOR#8 Engineering Studies for MILCON P676 Polaris Point Pier. Prepare Statement of Work (SOW) and cost estimate that will be used for the selection of professional master planning and architect engineer (A&E) services. The charrette report will include but not limited to detailed Cost Estimate (minimum Class 3), Geotechnical Analysis, and Utilities Assessment (power, communications, water, and sewer). The report will include a single line drawing layout of the proposed facility. The purpose, quality, and detail of the single line facility drawing shall meet Explosive Safety Site Approval Request (ESSAR) package requirements. NOTES: 1. Funding form ARE (T.
