REPLACE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF, RAIN GUTTES, DOWNSPOUTS REPLACE WINDOWS: Demo and replace all exterior windows, louver, aluminum frame, and picture windows. New window installation will comply with UFC 3-3.2.4 WINDOWS AND DOORS, UFC 3-3.2.4.1 GENERAL WINDOW CRITERIA, UFC 3-3.2.4.2 CHILD ACTIVITY ROOM CRITERIA, and UFC 3-3.2.5 EXTERIOR ACOUSTICS. Replace with new updated windows to better retain interior A/C temperature. Type of new window selection (casement, single hung, double hung, awning, horizontal sliding) to be discussed with customer. Windows to be installed to United Facilities Criteria (UFC) Navy and Marine Corps Child Development Centers 2014 specification, 2024 International Building Code (IBC), as well as manufacturer installation specifications.
