ORR Technology Modernization (OTM) Follow-On TO 2: ORR Home Studies and Post-release Services Application Enhancement and Support

The purpose of this contract are to ensure home studies are conducted prior to a child's release from ORR custody to evaluate the suitability of a potential sponsor's home environment and their ability to provide for the child's physical and emotional needs. This process includes interviews and assessments of the sponsor's capacity to meet the child's needs, ensuring that the placement prioritizes the child's safety and long-term stability. By identifying potential risks and addressing concerns before release, Home Studies play a vital role in preventing situations that could jeopardize the child's well-being.
