The Operational Secure Tracking and Reporting (OpSTAR) contract provides the development and maintenance of a mission-critical portal, housing electronic training records, operator designations, computer-based training courses, and safety and risk management tools, all of which are critical for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations agents to fly and float safely and effectively. The prime objective is the development of an electronic web-portal which houses various applications for training, safety, and standards programs. Services also include technical writing, computer-based training course development, audio/video support, classroom instructor support, multi-media development, training scheduling and logistics support, course accreditation management, and helpdesk support.
