Operations & Maintenance O&M and the Design, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) of the Agency’s Business Services, IT Systems, and Infrastructure

The scope of this award includes all requisite management and technical tasks necessary to provide management, continuity of all operational support, and maintenance to actualize USAID's vision of anytime, anywhere access to critical systems and information, and to operate, maintain and enable transformation to a more efficient future state and offer improved performance levels for USAID's technology infrastructure. USAID requires an integrated and standardized approach for the operations and maintenance of the Agency's IT infrastructure. USAID's objective is to leverage advances in IT to more efficiently accomplish mission objectives with a focus on Cloud first approaches (e.g., PaaS, SaaS, IaaS), consolidation of IT services, and mobility.
