OPERATION & MAINTENANCE TASK ORDER REQUIREMENTS PACKAGE (TORP)

To operate and maintain the OBIM infrastructure components and associated applications and other functionality of the production and non-production environments and associated business systems currently deployed with the DHS Data Center 1, Government and Contractor facilities, AWS FEDRAMP environments, and Government utilized Equinix Data Center locations. Operations and maintenance activities fall into the following categories. Task Order Management Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations System Management and Monitoring Service Request Management Technology Analysis Non-production Support to include Program Support Systems Transition Period Operations and maintenance include break-fix of current functional capabilities and outstanding security remediation activities, but do not involve any changes for new functional and/or technical requirements. Additional areas not within the scope of this Task Order include: any Level 1, WPaaS, or IaaS managed services (recurring or non-recurring); and any work associated with OBIM MAN or OBIM VoIP. New work will be processed through the DHS Engagement Process. The scope does not involve developmental engineering, such as prototyping of new code or configurations of OBIM functionality. It does include appropriate interaction with those performing developmental and engineering activities to provide for smooth transition to operations and maintenance.
