OFAM Service Support

The contractor shall provide support to the National Capital Field Support through strategic planning initiatives including program analysis, stakeholder coordination and communication, program performance reporting, and performance management process. Also included is knowledge management support to analyze, monitor, report and provide organizational knowledge to OFAM staff and leadership. The contractor will provide operational analysis of organizational performance management and workforce initiatives. The contractor shall also continue development and assessment of policies and strategic communication plans. The contractor will continue developing consistent and accurate messages for internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of initiatives. The contractor will continue facilitating implementation of the outcomes of organizational assessment and transformation, change management, employee engagement, and business process reengineering activities to enhance OFAM's organizational performance. The contractor shall implement strategic alignment of recommendations, program implementation support, strategic communications, branding, data analytics, and performance metric improvement support to bolster organizational performance outcomes.
