NWS Office of Facilities Portfolio Support (recompete)

Contract will support the Office Facilitiesby providing analysis throughout the entire PPBE process for both NWS and the larger NOAA budget enterprise to include current and out year budgets, quarterly execution reiviews, and AOP planning; track and maintain allocations, spend plans, and obligations of all OF funds; provide support and analysis to meet monthly and quarterly reporting requirements; assist as needed with responses to specific questions and deliverables, including OMB, GAO, IG, and Congressional inquiries, and provide program management and data analysis to support NWS OF in the areas of, but not limited to, Capital Planning, DM&R, Asset Management.
