Description
Commander Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) headquarters is located in approximately 13,000 square feet of office space in CEP-200, and includes a Flag Officer suite for the Commander (Currently RDML Ver Hage who will be relieved by RADM Greene in June). The finishes throughout CNRMC space are old, worn, and damaged. Examples include peeling paint and wallpaper, damaged walls, poorly finished wall patches, damaged, stained, and missing ceiling tiles, unused/disconnected ceiling air diffusers, stained/dirty ceiling air diffusers, nonfunctional ceiling light fixtures, and dirty ceiling light fixtures. Requirement is to update interior finishes on walls and ceilings throughout (includes removing wall paper, patch & paint), remove disconnected ceiling diffusers, replace damaged, stained, or missing ceiling tiles, clean or replace moldy/stained ceiling diffusers and vents, repair or replace ceiling light fixtures, replace carpet in the Flag officer suite, replace sink and water fountain in the main hallways, and clean remaining carpet. This a Command Sponsored Project.
