NSA SDA-334 DDC Upgrade & Valve Replacement

1. Coordinate all work with NSA personnel 2. Demo and remove from site the air compressor and all associated pneumatic devices 3. Provide and install one (1) ALC controller to serve the mechanical room 4. Provide and install one (2) ALC controllers to serve HV-1 and CF-1 5. Provide and install one (1) ALC controller to serve EF-5 6. Provide and install five (5) ZS-Pro zone sensors 7. Provide and install six (6) damper actuators to replace existing pneumatic devices 8. Provide and install five (5) control valves and actuators in the mechanical room to replace existing pneumatic devices. 9. Provide and install one (1) control valve and actuator in the high-bay to replace existing pneumatic devices 10. Provide and install two (2) control valves and actuators in the locker room to replace existing pneumatic devices 11. Provide and install controls for mechanical room unit heater 12. Provide and install status monitoring for all blower motors, pumps, and exhaust fans 13. Provide and install temperature sensors on hot and chilled water loops 14. Provide engineering and lob drawing 15. Provide equipment programming 16. Provide updated graphic programming a. Floor Plan Graphics b. Mechanical System Graphics c. Thermal Graphics (intelligent use of color to indicate zone condition) 17. Perform startup and commission on all DDC controls 18. Provide one (1) year warranty on all new parts and labor
