NSA Mid‐South ‐ UESC (FY24) Select utility, issue BOA, and execute Task Order to award UESC.

This project will provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to implement all life cycle costs and effective Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) to improve energy efficiency of the building systems. This project will incorporate energy security that will implement the enhancement of resiliency and reliability. In addition, this project will also capture facilities that were part of a previous retro commissioning, but did not take advantage of the capable savings available. If necessary, sub metering will be utilized to establish a benchmark on retro commissioned facilities to avoid duplication of data and savings.
