NRL-3 Upgrade HVAC System

PW 6565 :This project will upgrade the HVAC system in Building 3. A Retrocommisioning team has completed a building inspection. Short term recommendations are being implemented to improve the functionality of the building as presently designed. The team's recommendation was that a full design to replace major components of the HVAC system is required since the mission and equipment adding to the heat load of the building has significantly changed since originally designed. The recommendation is to proceed with a single design that would allow for a phased construction approach, which would allow for multi-year funding execution, as well as phasing the work in the building to minimize mission impact.
