Project Title: Columbus Mech Room Floor Seal and Epoxy Coat Funding Source: OMNR-ST FY Requested: 2026 Q2 Barracks/UH: NO MWR Pool/Gym: NO Project Details/SOW: - Mech room floor has several cracks that allow water to leak into the Marine Armory below, endangering the condition and readiness of the weapons stored within. - Perform concrete patching as required to fill cracks and voids - Verify proper floor drain operation and orientation - Perform epoxy seal coating of entire mech room floor, including equipment pads/curbing - Perform testing to ensure water cannot travel into the armory below APM Comments: No concerns at this time. CRM Comments: No issues. Project does not affect historic property. RPM Comments: Approved.
