Description
Current system was placed in 2005. System uses obsolete R-22 refrigerant. Current system was manufactured in France, and replacement parts are not available. Full system replacement could include Cooling Towers, DDC Computer, and DDC controls, Computer Room A/C (CRAC) Units, and associated pumps. Loss of chillers would cause complete loss of our command to provide Satellite Communications support to the fleet and operational commanders.
