Description
The North Clear Creek Falls Observation Site is situated as a stop on the Silver Thread Scenic Byway along State Highway 149 and is one of the most photographed waterfalls in Colorado. Work consists of milling the existing asphalt followed by a three-inch top mat of new asphalt on the current paved road in poor condition for about half a mile to fix the severe cracks and potholes. Also repairs will be made to the parking lot and would include seal coating crack repairs and painting the pavement markings.
