Description
The area north of valve vault 105 needs subsurface utility work. The steam and condensate piping outside of the vault to bldg 5 and 7 have deteriorated beyond the point of repair. The condensate piping to building 5 and 7 are damaged and are leaking. The 12 storm sewer line in this area is sagging due to water eroding its soil support. This sagging pipe is within an unacceptable proximity to the fiberglass PPW piping and needs support. Finally, the leak detection conduit leaks and allows ground water to enter the PPW vaults.
