NNSY BLDG 385 RENOVATION

Perform much needed sustainment work to the pump station including paint interior and exterior surfaces, coat the floor, replace sump pump, paint interior piping, replace windows and doors, replace lighting, install HVAC system to improve life of installed VFDs, seal any penetrations not in use, correct uneven floor surfaces, fix roof leakage. Visual aesthetics of the pump station bring into question quality of water being pumped from the only pump station for NNSY, that includes supply to South Gate and Scott Center Annexes. The stairway to the top of the adjacent tanks is in very poor condition and needs to be replaced with an aluminum or galvanized metal stairway that will hold up to the elements much better.
