Description
Background: The Command Post Modernization (CPMod) Program, in support of the Army's Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) initiative, addresses the requirements for mobile, scalable, interoperable and agile command posts and command & control (C2). Command Post Modernization (CPMod) enables multi-domain operations (MDO) by developing and integrating survivable command posts (CPs) to accomplish the mission in support of Joint operations across the range of military operations along the conflict continuum. Requirement: Contractor shall provide NGC2 capability to U.S. Army Divisions by updating existing engineering design documents or creating new engineering documents if they do not exist; integrating these capabilities into unit platforms, including potential fabrication of A-kits; supporting Government test activities and events; fielding systems units, to include developing and conducting System of Systems (SoS) training and support; and post fielding support, including obsolescence management, working with unit maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues, and perform technology inserts, technology refreshes and upgrades as required.
