Overview
Description
USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT) is in need of additional New Relic Telemetry Data Platform and configuration support to ensure continuous operation and support of the previously purchased New Relic Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool amongst new USCIS divisional requirements. The New Relic APM tool detects and diagnoses application performance problems to maintain an expected level of service and provide a real-time common operational picture of the enterprise. The APM tool translates IT metrics into business meaning. New Relic is effectively in use across the enterprise providing monitoring and management of the performance and availability of software applications. USCIS anticipates awarding this requirement against FIRSTSOURCE II.
Market research is still ongoing on the small business program.
