Description
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
-ABA improvements

elevator to access the second floor.
List of Potential improvements
- Have all fire extinguishers inspected for operability
- Add fire alarm devices throughout the building to provide
code compliant alarm system
- Plumbing fixture count is likely adequate for proposed

present and should be provided
- Confirm source of building electrical service. Determine if
emergency generator is needed, if so, request nameplate
data
- Cooling loads for proposed use should be determined based
on occupancy and building use, and HVAC systems replaced
or supplemented accordingly. Provisions to provide building
outdoor air intake 10 feet above grade should be made
