National Security Multi-mission Vessel (NSMV) Vessel Custodial Services Contract

The Contractor will maintain and operate MARAD-assigned NSMV/State-class school ships in a mission-ready condition, overseeing material condition assessments, planned and corrective maintenance, life cycle and configuration management, and regulatory compliance to support training, national security, and emergency missions. Responsibilities also include readiness reporting, crew and shoreside staffing, logistics and spare parts management, IT/cybersecurity, safety and environmental compliance, business/financial management, and participation in activation, emergency response, and contract transition activities.
