Overview
Description
The contractor shall provide the Indiana National Guard (INNG) with the technical services and materials needed to support the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Cyber Program in overall operations, program coordination and integration with the National Guard Bureau (NGB); the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD); the Joint Staff; United States Service Components; other relevant Governmental agencies and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) PJIIM partners. The contractor shall support cyber range program development, exercise support, analysis, cyber range program operations, and the testing and evaluation of Information Technology (IT) systems, Operational Technology (OT) systems and devices operating in the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities in the fields of, although not limited to, cyber; electronic warfare; radio frequency (RF) RF communications; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), sensors; and manned/unmanned aircraft, vehicles and weapon systems. These functions are to support Atterbury-Muscatatuck, tenant organizations, and other Government and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations to achieve program planning objectives and operational goals. The contractor shall also support related testing; training; and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) operations of the services stated above, as well as the administrative and supply functions required for those operations to facilitate the above stated services and RDT&E. Contractor support shall enable the universal platform environment to offer a diverse portfolio of capabilities, services, and programs by drawing on the strength of the military, Government agencies, universities and private partnerships to ensure training requirements are met. This mission requirement is intended to be flexible, scalable and adaptable to a fully operational infrastructure.
